Get the right Url
Your site url contains domain name, which must be relevant to what your site is about. It could be synonym to what business it has, like: a site about health blog can be http://healthblog72.com.
Rest part of the url contain folder and page name, it must be unique. It should not be too long, must be 55 – 65 chars long. Helps google to better understand and decide how to rank. Url must look clean and beautiful. There must not be any special characters, hashtags etc.
Add title and description of the page

Effective anchor text helps users to better navigate and understand what your website is about. It should also include keywords and phrases related to action it is going to take.
