- Whipped Cream 250 ml
- Condensed Milk or milkmaid 100 ml
- Mango (Ripe Alphonso) pulp 200 gms
- 1 Mango cut into small pieces
How to prepare
Take chilled whipped cream in large bowl, kept in tray filled with ice cubes. Take a hand blender and whip for 10 mins till peaks are formed, now add milkmaid and beat for another 5 mins. Fold in a Mango pulp (chilled) with a spatula slowly till uniform light colour forms, and now add mango pieces to this mixture.
Transfer this to ice cream air tight container and deep freeze for 6- 8 hrs. Remove and scoop out happiness. Serve with mango shavings.
Note: Use Ripe Alphonso mangoes for rich flavor and natural color.
