How to prepare chia seeds recipes
I will show you a quick recipe to prepare chia seeds, I love chia seeds, add them in your breakfast. Add to cornflakes or even oats. Take 2 tablespoon and soak them overnight. Take a glass of milk(coconut or almond) add 2 tablespoon of chia seeds(soaked), 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix all ingredients and keep for 2 minutes.
Add roasted nuts or any of your favorite fruit(blueberries or strawberry or crushed apple). This is your energy booster packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrate wth low fat.
Try with different flavours(chocolate, saffron, rosesyrup, kiwicrush, maplesyrup). Top up with nuts and fruit shavings.
